Brava Operations stores business workspace information and the client information entered by each participating business. Each workspace is isolated from other businesses.
Information processed
The service may process account details, client inquiries, event information, messages, contracts, signatures, financial records, recipes, and integration credentials supplied by the business.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the operations dashboard, manage client workflows, send authorized communications, prepare contracts, and support the business’s events. It is not sold.
Service providers
Data may be processed by infrastructure and integration providers selected for the service, including Supabase, Vercel, Google, and PandaDoc when those integrations are enabled.
Retention and deletion
Workspace owners control their business records and may export or permanently delete supported records. Backup retention may continue for a limited period. Requests for account export or removal can be sent to support.
