Opening your workspace…
PRIVATE WORKSPACE
From the first inquiry to the final details, keep your clients, events, and team connected.
New workspaces are currently opened by invitation.
YOUR BUSINESS AT A GLANCE
Keep inquiries, approvals, payments, and event work in one operational view.
Start with requests needing a response, then open a client file to review its rule decision and next step.
WORKFLOW
See which requests need a response, approval, or a next step.
RECENT ACTIVITY
Open a client file to continue the conversation or prepare an agreement.
Client conversations, one-to-one messages, and SES test results.
WORKFLOW
Move each request through your pipeline. Unavailable is for requests you will not pursue; it does not send an email.
DATE CONFLICTS
Only dates shared by two or more active inquiries appear here. Review both client files before confirming availability.
PRIVATE FILE LIBRARY
RECOVERY & CONTROL
Restore mistakes here. Staff can move items to Trash; only the workspace owner or manager can permanently delete them.
Every move to Trash and permanent deletion requires a reason and password. This recovery area is tenant-scoped and does not replace backups.
BOOKED EVENTS
See booked events, team ownership, and the client file connected to each date.
Booked and completed events are colored by their assigned team. Click any event to open the full client file.
PEOPLE & RESOURCES
Create delivery resources, invite workspace users, and assign booked events to a team.
Staff can view active inquiries, inbox, date conflicts, and calendar. Toggle whether they may edit inquiry details or send client email. Finance, contracts, templates, team management, settings, deletion, and archives stay locked to owners and managers.
FINANCE
Client-file payments appear here automatically. Add income only for other receipts to avoid duplicates.
FINANCE
Record business costs and keep a tax-ready history.
BUSINESS CATALOG
Define resources and deliverables, then organize reusable collections. Agreement pricing stays under Workflows & contracts.
WORK PREP
Estimate materials, time, equipment, or supplies for booked work with selected deliverables.
Select booked jobs to include. Review quantities before buying or scheduling.
YOUR BUSINESS
Set up fields, intake, pricing, and agreements for each workflow.
PRIVATE WORKSPACE
Manage your identity, integrations, and Rules Engine for this business.
AGREEMENTS
Review agreements and use the Field Library and Contract Builder to design future documents.
