Create a stable private link for email templates. Each person the template is sent to receives their own access invite and view history automatically.
View-only is a best effort: the portal has no download button, but screenshots and some browser save/print options cannot be prevented.
RECOVERY & CONTROL
Restore mistakes here. Staff can move items to Trash; only the workspace owner or manager can permanently delete them.
Every move to Trash and permanent deletion requires a reason and password. This recovery area is tenant-scoped and does not replace backups.

Booked and completed events are colored by their assigned team. Click any event to open the full client file.
